Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes you can, BUT ONLY IF you would like a different size or color for the SAME ITEM.
Please mind that exchange are done after we’ve received the return package, if you wish to receive the replacement earlier, please choose to REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.
When you return your order, just enclose a copy of the completed exchange/return form in the parcel.

Return your parcel using ONLY postal services that DOES NOT REQUIRE SIGNATURE. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it. It can take 5-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it in its original condition, we'll issue your refund within 5 working days and drop you an email to let you know once this has been done. Once you've been refunded, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to show back into your account.

Have you received my returned items
It can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we will complete it within 5 working days, and we will email you to let you know once your refund has been issued. It can then take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 24 hours for all returned items to be processed.
Please note that working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the timescale shown above, please contact our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when this was returned to us and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
How can I get a returns form
You can find the return/ exchange form by signing into your account at the “Order History” page. Make sure to enclose a complete form in your parcel with the items you are returning, we’ll need the details to process your return. Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?
If you need to return items to us from different orders then you can send them back to us in one parcel.
Just make sure that you include a separate return form in your parcel for each order you are returning to us.

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?
Customers will be responsible for the return delivery charges.
Where are my money refunded to?
Refund will be made to your original form of payment upon the receipt of the returned parcel.
This is usually done within 5 working days after the receipt followed up with a refund confirmation email. To help locate the credit, please take note that funds will appear in your upcoming statement as Vividlinen or Vividlinen.com.
