Delivery usually takes around 2-3 weeks to reach following purchase confirmation.
Allow us to take 3-4 days to process your order, you will then receive a delivery confirmation email once the order is dispatched.

We do EVERYTHING at our end to meet your expectations, but occasionally parcels are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery time frame has been and gone, get in touch with us at and we will look into it for you. Remember, since shipping time does varies with different countries, please allow 21 days after dispatch before getting in touch as your parcel may be delayed at customs.

If you have 2 or more separated orders below USD$100 each under the same mailing address, we will combine them and ship them in a single patch with a single postage fee. All other excess postage fee will be fully refunded to you.

Return and Exchange
Return Policy
VIVID LINEN will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise attached with the original tag for return or exchange. You may request for an exchange or refund within 60 days after purchase.
Please return to us via non-registered mail (no signature required). Failure to send via non-registered mail might cause returned parcel or delay.
Exchange is only available for a different size and color of the same item. A refund will be arranged back to your original form of payment if the requested exchange item is not available.
Please take note that we're not responsible on the shipping charges of all return postage.
