Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
|We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return back at our customer service center. Once received,
we'll refund to your original form of payment - this is usually done within 2 working days. Funds will appear in your
|Step 1: Request and Complete Exchange/ Return|
|Please proceeds to "Order History" page and find the "Exchange/Return" link located next to each order status. Click on the order you wish to perform an exchange/refund. Complete the exchange/return form. Click next to double check the information and click submit to proceeds with the request.|
|Step 2: Ship your return item(s) with the completed Exchange/Return form|
|You will receive an email from us once your request is completed. Print out the completed exchange/return form. Mail to us your returning item(s) with any non-signature required postage service enclosed with a copy of the form.|
|Step 3: Following up with your Exchange/Return request|
|Your request will be processed upon the receipt of your return parcel. Refund will be made to your original form of payment- this is usually done within 2 working days. Funds will appear in your upcoming statement. An email with refund details will be sent to you after the refund transaction is completed.|
|Please note that exchange is only available for a different size and color of the same item. Exchange request will be process upon the receipt of your return item(s) and do allow 2-3 working days for us to prepare and ship. If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, a refund will be issued instead.|
