ORDERING AND PAYMENT
How to shop
From the product detail page, click on the color button to view corresponded product shots and choose color.
Select your size, then click “Add to Bag” to have it stored to your shopping bag.
Please note: out-of-stock items will be shown as “not available” in the size selection button.
Placing an order
From your shopping bag, you can:
- Move an item from your bag to your “save to later” list.
- Remove an item from your bag. Click “remove” to remove an item and your page will refresh with the item removed.
- Adjust quantities. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase or click on the + - buttons for change.
- Continue shopping Click on “Continue Shopping” to search the site for additional items. The items saved in your shopping bag will remain there for 90 days unless you clear your cookies, complete your purchase, remove the item(s), or the item(s) is no longer available.
When you are ready to purchase the item(s) in your bag, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you do not already have an account with us, you will need to create one.
However, if you would like to proceed with an express checkout, feel free to click on the "Check out with Paypal" button for an express way to shop.
To create a Vivid Linen Account, you will need to enter a valid email address and password. Your email address will serve as your account identification, as well as a convenient way to receive important information about your order. Your password will ensure that only you have access to your account information. Uncheck the blue box if you do not wish to receive any newsletter from us.
Account Checkout (Signing in or Creating Account)
Checkout involves 3 simple steps: Shipping, Payment and Confirm Order.
On the Shipping and Billing screen, you will enter your shipping address and billing address. If you do not see your destine country listed on this page, unfortunately it means that we are not able to ship to your country due to technical issues. But do feel free to contact us at email@example.com for enquiries.
On the payment screen, you will see the shipping and billing information, details of your purchase and the total. Click “Back” if you wish to edit any of the above information.
Vivid Linen accepts Visa, Master Card and Paypal.
Enter your credit card information or proceed to Paypal for payment.
You will be taken to the Order Confirmation Screen once your payment is confirmed. An order confirmation letter with your purchase detail will be sent to you by email. Please check spam mailbox if necessary, or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any further enquiries.
Please note: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modification to the order, including cancellation.
Express Checkout (Paypal checkout)
Clicking on the “Check out with Paypal” button will take you straight to the Paypal website. Log in with your account if you wish or simply click on the “pay with debit or credit card” button to enter your credit/debit card information and billing address.
On the Review & Payment screen, you will see the shipping information, detail of your purchase and the total. If you are satisfied that your order is correct, click "Place Your Order".
You will be taken to the Order Confirmation Screen once your payment is confirmed. An order confirmation letter with your purchase detail will be sent to your paypal-registered email. To check your order status:
- Log in to your account.
- Click “Order History” located at the top right hand corner.
- From here, you can view order details, check your order status,
find your tracking numbers, and arrange for exchange/return.
