I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Please note that there will be chance where orders are separated into two or more deliveries. To confirm please find the detail in your delivery confirmation email and contact us after all shipment has arrived.

We are sorry but we don't have a catalogue, instead we put all our energy into providing you with a website wher you can shop 24 hours, 7 days a week. Worried about buying online? Rest assured we invest time and money to make sure we have the systems and software that protect you and your purchases.

How can I search for items on the website?

Do you know what it is you are looking for? If so type it into the 'Search' box at the top of the homepage and click search. We only have one retail store that is located in Stanley, Hong Kong. Our shop in Stanley is open every day from 09:30-18:00.

Can you tell me if you're getting an item back in stock?

We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don't tend to restock a lot of out items again. You could look for something similar? All you need to do is type a description(color or style) into the search box on our website.
