When will my order be dispatched for shipping?

Please allow us 3-4 days to process your order. A delivery confirmation email with the corresponded tracking information will be sent to your registered email once the order is dispatched.


Where is my order?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email, please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

You'll be able to follow your order with the tracking service. To check this, please go back to your delivery confirmation email and click on the tracking link (marked as "TRACK YOUR ORDER" ) to follow your parcel. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.


What do I do if I have not received my order?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a delivery confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.

Please note that this is only an estimated date and before contacting us can you check the following:

  • Check the tracking link via your delivery confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
  • Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Check to see if you have a delivery card from one of our carriers. Your Parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
  • Look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.
If you still cannot locate your order, please Contact Us and we will investigate further and arrange a replacement item to be sent if necessary.


Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact timebut you will be able to locate the estimated delivery period at the check out page.
If however you wish to receive your order with a shorter delivery time, we do offer an express delivery option to certain countries.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

All orders are sent using a trackable service, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.
