What is 'save for later'?

An account has been automatically created for you once you've checkout at our website. Please just note that if you've checkout using the express checkout (Paypal button), your account has been set up using your paypal registered email address.


I'm having trouble signing into my account

You must sign into your account to review your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't recognised, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with. (For customers who’ve paid using the paypal checkout, please find the email with your log in information at your paypal registered email address and sign in with the provided information.)
  • If you can't remember your password please enter your email address under ‘Forgot your password?’ and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
If after this you still can’t sign in, please contact our Customer Care Team.


What can I do if I'm not receiving emails from Vivid Linen?

After you sign up and place an order, you should receive a variety of emails from us, which include our newsletters, Order and Delivery Confirmation emails and any responses from our Customer Care Team. There may be a number of reasons why you're not getting these from us.

  • Your email software may be marking our emails as spam mail. Please check your spam mailbox or add to your email address book.
  • Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. (For customers who've paid with paypal checkout, please note that emails will be sent to your paypal registered email address)
  • Check that you’ve agreed to receive our newsletters and latest offer emails. When logged into your account, click 'Edit' under the 'Details' section and make sure the relevant boxes are ticked to receive emails.
If after this you’re still having trouble, contact our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue and we will try our best to help.


How can I unsubscribe from your emails/newsletters?

You can remove yourself from our mailing list by clicking on the "unsubscribe from this mailing list" button located at the button of our promotional email.


How do I change the currency?

Choose your local/ desired currency through the currency selector at the top right hand corner of the VIVID LINEN website, all items are priced and charged in the selected currency at checkout.
